Using Actionable Intelligence to Improve Performance

In this session, participants will learn how to track key performance indicators and related metrics using a dashboard and scorecard system called Strategic Performance Management. The presenter will demonstrate how this powerful tool is being used to proactively link data from a variety of sources to specific strategies so that midcourse corrections can be made in time to impact desired outcomes.
