A Study of Early Adopters of Shared Services and Cloud Computing in Higher Ed

This session will present findings and conclusions from an extensive study of successful examples of shared services and cloud computing from across higher education. Models to structure these projects have been developed and six examples have been expanded in to detailed case studies.
