How to Reduce Expenditures by 10% While Generating Revenue

Institutions with a decentralized funding model for computer purchases will be able to reduce expenditures by at least 10%. Through the implementation of standard computer configurations and a Procurement Credit Card (P-Card) rebate program, institutions will be able to obtain these savings without centralizing purchasing funds.
