Yogi Berra said that "the future ain't what it used to be." And leading change in today's complex workplace suggests that "the present ain't what it used to be" either. The new ECAR Workforce Study explores how new technologies, sourcing, service changes, and the "new normal" economy all affect the role of the CIO and reports on how CIOs and aspirants are thinking about these issues.
