Taking Change Management to a Higher(Ed) Level

CUNY is undertaking a massive ERP implementation. This session will identify common issues for large-scale implementations in higher education and the methods used to address those issues. Examples include developing user readiness surveys, liaison roles, constituent groups, student marketing teams, and flexible training models.
