The University of Arizona is using a maturity assessment to strategically plan a roadmap to improve electronic accessibility. This session will introduce participants to an assessment tool that maps out steps to reach best practices through phases of program maturity. The model addresses governance, standards, education, procurement, and reasonable accommodations.
