As education organizations (and perhaps our entire industry) engage in a period of rapid and often profound change, professionals need a new understanding and set of tools to support that change. Through the modification of several private sector methodologies that apply to higher education, CUNY has developed practices and tools to help other organizations develop and retool that understanding.
