There are many process improvement methodologies and many different perspectives on how to "get 'er done." Unfortunately, most attempts (over 75%) result in failure. This seminar will offer a simple and straightforward means to the end—overcoming organizational immaturity and allowing your organization to successfully embrace continuous process improvement.


OUTCOMES: Determine your organization's level of organizational maturity through a completed (and reviewed) assessment * Identify champions within your organization (and have a list already developed) to leverage the passions of each * Create and implement an organizational development plan for your campus (Note: The seminar will lead the participants through the creation of a draft plan.)
