Attend this highly interactive seminar to engage in discussion and development of an individualized plan for effectively leading change within your organization. We will review Kotter's eight-stage process for creating change, collaborate with each other on how each stage applies to higher education, and apply the concepts in creating a plan to address a self-identified issue.
