Generative AI tools like ChatGPT are transforming how organizations communicate, brainstorm, and strategize. This session explores how generative AI can drive creativity, enhance communication, and free leaders to focus on strategic goals. Participants will learn how AI can help leaders articulate ideas more effectively, spark creative brainstorming, and move their teams to action. We will also discuss the challenges of adopting AI in organizational contexts and strategies for integrating these tools with a human-in-the-loop approach. This interactive session includes a live demonstration showing participants how to create effective prompts with generative AI tools. Attendees will then try it themselves with our guidance, gaining hands-on experience. We will also discuss how leaders can harness the power of generative AI to optimize their teams and workflows safely, but effectively. The session concludes with an interactive Q&A offering participants a chance to ask questions and receive real-time feedback on generative AI applications and best practices.
