Thursday, November 14, 2024 | 11:00AM–11:45AM ET
Session Type: Poster Session
Delivery Format: Virtual Poster Session
The COVID pandemic and its emergency remote teaching measures acted as a middle-/long-term transformation trigger for the teaching and learning practices. Social trends are questioning the very nature of a campus. These systemic evolutions challenge higher education stakeholders to consider redesigning their learning spaces, their buildings, and more globally, their campuses. This session will give an overview of the global trends in redefining learning territories for a higher education world shifting to generalized Hybrid and HyFlex. The use case of Thomas More University of Applied Sciences will give an example of practical approaches to developing a future-proof campus comprehensive plan.
