In this session we will review key findings from EDUCAUSE 2025 workforce studies, drawing on survey data from higher ed professionals representing Teaching & Learning, Cybersecurity & Privacy, and Technology Leadership. Topics will include job satisfaction and well-being, professional development needs, and the use of AI and other technologies in the higher ed workplace. We will also highlight cross-cutting concerns across all three domains, including workload, staffing, and the integration of productivity tools. Attendees will have opportunities to interact and reflect together on our findings and identify potential next steps for enriching the workforce at their own institutions.
