We’ll share how a small team of nursing faculty and an instructional technologist at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh created a flexible, values-driven AI Framework & Philosophy document to support ethical, innovative, and student-centered AI use across the nursing program. Grounded in professional ethics and shaped with help from AI, the framework offers considerations for faculty, students, and the AI tools themselves. For example, how do all stakeholders consider copyright? Student data privacy? Transparency of use? These are just some of the issues addressed in this session. The Framework & Philosophy document presents practical guidance and real-world examples, empowering attendees to develop their own thoughtful AI integration.
