As AI continues to evolve at a rapid pace, many institutions struggle to keep up, leaving faculty and staff feeling underprepared and behind the curve. Disconnected training efforts and unclear direction often make it difficult to build cohesive, sustainable approaches to AI literacy across campus. This session presents a scalable, adaptable faculty development model designed to address these challenges. Grounded in real institutional needs, the approach integrates asynchronous and synchronous learning, a phased structure, and continuous iteration to keep pace with emerging tools, shifting policies, and evolving faculty needs. Participants will examine a four-module training framework, review openly shared materials, and explore how the model can be adapted to different institutional contexts. Attendees will leave with practical resources and a structured plan to design or refine AI training initiatives that support faculty and staff in a rapidly changing landscape.
