Using technology to transform teaching; learning; scholarship; research; business processes; and institutional relationships with students, alumni, and other constituents requires leadership from all levels of the profession. The conference theme of "IT Leadership in the 21st Century" brought focus to the continuing challenge of leading and enabling the transformation.
This conference featured the timely and in-depth content characteristic of EDUCAUSE regional conferences. The Program Committee developed three tracks covering the full range of issues relevant to "IT Leadership in the 21st Century": Technology, Leadership and Management, and Teaching and Learning. A fourth track, Corporate Presentations, showcased how corporations are partnering with IT professionals.
