This year's theme was "Facing a River of Challenges." At this conference, we heard from innovators and forward thinkers about current and emerging best practices in higher education information services, connected with others in positions similar to yours to exchange experiences and explore ways to tackle common challenges, and learned about what's going on in the profession and at the institutions in your area.
