Disaster planning is a proactive measure many campuses neglect until there is a crisis. Following the devastation of Hurricane Katrina, Loyola University Chicago recognized the need to provide a cohesive plan to ensure continuity of instruction. This session outlines the planning, implementation, and assessment of the university's preparedness initiative.
