Many higher education institutions are trying to balance multiple demands with limited resources. Aligning precious limited resources with strategic goals and priorities, as well as with the appropriate organizational model, is imperative to success. In this session, representatives from three institutions will share how their use of portfolio management, project prioritization, and team organization can ensure that resources are allocated in an objective, well-justified, and efficient manner.
