Purdue University Response to Personal Information Breach Notification Laws

Many states have enacted legislation to combat careless and cavalier uses of Social Security numbers and other personal information. Recent Indiana legislation defines the impermissible use of Social Security numbers and other personal information. This presentation will discuss Purdue University's response to new state legislation from both IT and business process perspectives.
