The panel will highlight accessibility problems and strengths of WebCT, Blackboard, Desire2Learn, and Sakai and present recommendations for improvement. Using the most common tools (e-mail, quizzes, discussions, content delivery) from the students' point of view will be emphasized. The panel consists of experts in these course management systems and accessibility.
