Eastern Illinois University has implemented text-captioned video podcasts and a Web site to reinforce traditional software instruction. This presentation will demonstrate how the project was developed and implemented, with emphasis on inspiring participants to apply this instructional delivery method to other subjects in both traditional and distance-learning environments.
