Three virtual labs are employed to simulate basic biology/medical laboratory procedures: Gram Stain technique, Streak Plate method, and blood cross-matching. These Flash-based tools help students (re)learn essential concepts, decisions, and steps involved in these procedures, thereby reducing actual laboratory time and costs.
