As the University of Central Arkansas and Arkansas Tech University began planning for conversion into a single enterprise-wide software system, the cost seemed prohibitive. Since both institutions were planning to use the same system, they agreed to partner. The challenges and benefits arising from such a collaborative venture will be detailed.
