This presentation will focus on using technology as a tool to effect change at a mid-sized institution with a limited budget. A new governing body assumed supervisory responsibility of information services. This group created and implemented an IT plan and refocused strategies for servicing the campus’s various constituent groups. Topics will include process change, financing, contracting, implementation, and objective evaluation applied to key projects.
