In this seminar, we will address managing single projects of all sizes and how the IT organization can better manage its projects. We will interactively discuss concepts and techniques for project management and emphasize practical solutions to the most common reasons given for project failures using sites at the University of Memphis to demonstrate how these basic principles can be applied to ensure success for the entire enterprise.
