American University has implemented a formal project portfolio management process to build campus-wide consensus on technology projects, improve alignment with university goals and objectives, increase collaboration, improve work balance, and add transparency to the prioritization of IT project requests. In this session, strategies for prioritizing top "X" technology projects and outcomes will be presented.
