This year's conference, "Intersections: Emerging, Commonly Accepted, and Best Practices in Higher Education IT," provided faculty and staff from libraries, teaching and learning environments, decentralized IT, and centralized IT with the chance to learn new and better ways of leading, using, and managing technology to meet mission-critical needs.
