Staff at the Center for Academic Technology Support (CATS) at Eastern Illinois University have developed and implemented technological solutions and policies for facilitating the captioning of digital media. This presentation will include a demonstration of the web application developed to partially automate the process of captioning digital media and will review media production policies and procedures that support the captioning process.
