Designing a Dashboard to Rank CMS Usage

Drexel IT has an abiding interest in determining metrics about its course management system. Each term, we create an environment in Blackboard Vista for every section delivered. While we can keep track of the number of active sections, it's difficult to depict how the sections are being used and to create a ranking from this data. This presentation will discuss our methodology in developing our Star report, quantitative rankings in the style of the Morningstar investment ratings.
