Using a Wiki to Keep Up with Evolving Training and Documentation Demands

In an ever-evolving technological landscape, it's easy for faculty and staff to feel overwhelmed by technology and underprepared to fully utilize it. When Missouri State University implemented Banner as its ERP software, the need for training and documentation was apparent, so Computer Services set up a Confluence wiki as a repository for current and future documentation. Learn how Missouri State planned, organized, and is modifying its wiki-based documentation repository. This presentation will not cover the technical details of setting up a wiki.
