Leadership: Pass It On

Building bench strength in IT leadership and creating a leadership culture is key to the future of our organizations and improves our ability to cope with challenging times. A team of Illinois staff members from across departments created a leadership workshop with this need in mind. We will provide an overview of the workshop content and activities and share the results of our assessment of its success.
