IT governance has moved up from the number 10 EDUCAUSE issue in 2007 to the number 6 issue in 2010. Aligning campus strategies and objectives to the IT organization is a critical success factor for any school. How does Princeton do that? What is the model, and what are the processes in place? What are the benefits? There are many best practices and lessons learned from over 10 years of having an IT governance model and annual planning process. Our process is ever-changing and improving; come share information and learn new tips and techniques to improve.
