Online Tools to Support Faculty, Staff, and Student Technology Skill Development

Technology updates and changes to policies and procedures are an inevitable and necessary part of institutional processes. Ensuring that faculty, staff, and student employees are receiving the necessary communication, support, and skills to embrace these changes is critical to their success and satisfaction as members of the university community. Seton Hall University and Temple University have transitioned much of their classroom and face-to-face technology training to an online, self-paced, and interactive format where individuals have the ability to proceed at their own pace, review and repeat material, and take a more active role in their ability to embrace new tools.
