With the increasing use of images, music, and other kinds of audio-visual resources as well as the delivery of course content through online course management systems like Blackboard, we are facing challenges as to what constitutes fair use and what doesn't. This discussion session will cover major trends and challenges in copyright and fair use and will share resources including an electronic toolkit created by Johns Hopkins.
