Managing Managers: The Challenge of Leading through Others!

Managing other managers can be very challenging, especially in large, multi-layer organizations. These skills can be difficult to acquire, as many of the underlying issues are subtle and complex. The session's presenters will share their experiences and lessons learned as they've transitioned into and out of various management positions.
