Multitenant Campus Virtual Labs

The University System of Maryland is implementing a multi-tenant desktop virtualization solution, in partnership with Dell, to give their students the freedom to do "anywhere, any device" computing. USM also anticipates that this will transform how it manages its labs. As it builds a centralized infrastructure with federated identity management, USM has a strong vision to provide services to all USM campuses and perhaps to others in the community. In this session, you'll learn more about the solution USM and Dell have put in place and what they hope it accomplishes, as well as a frank view on lessons learned.
