How to Engage and Involve Faculty and Staff through an IT-Sponsored Training Program

At UWG, the campus turns to Information Technology Services for advice and problem solving with IT issues. We began looking for proactive ways to provide faculty and staff with training opportunities that would help them in their environment and give them tools to teach effectively before they encountered problems. ITS at UWG has created a successful faculty and staff training program. We'll discuss our successes and lessons learned and then welcome comments and questions from those interested in developing or expanding their own programs.
