Interface Seminars: Collaboration and Engagement on Technology and Teaching

Wednesday, May 30, 2012 | 5:45PM–6:30PM | Grand Ballroom Salons I/J
Session Type: Professional Development
Interface is a seminar series connecting faculty across campus and engaging them in demonstration, discussion, and sharing of new and emerging instructional tools and technologies as well as associated pedagogies. The Interface series brings instructors together to see, discuss, and ideally adopt new and creative ways of enhancing and expanding teaching and learning in physical, virtual, and hybrid classrooms. In this session, we'll describe the development and implementation of Interface, share examples and best practices for how sessions can foster effective collaboration and engagement across campuses, brainstorm, and in real time, collaboratively create a list of potential future session topics.
