This session will help you address these questions and understand what to focus on in mentee/mentor conversations. We'll cover important mentoring resources, benefits, styles, and functions, as well as how to set expectations. This lively session will make a difference in your career planning and development, whether you want to find or become a mentor. Bring your lunch and your questions with you to this session or grab a lunch between 12:30 and 1:00 when the general session begins.
