Hear our success stories about the EITS Mentorship Program and learn how it was developed, how it works, and how to develop a similar program. Its members are employees from across EITS, and its mission is to transcend rank, division, and location to promote personal, professional, and organizational growth opportunities for all. Mentor and protégé pairs determine their own objectives, methods, and time commitment. EITS has seen major success. The program has also been an extremely valuable mechanism for strengthening professional relationships with other IT divisions throughout UGA.
