The University of Chicago's IT Services desires to embed itself in the experiential and transformational culture of the campus but faces an ambiguous course. Direct engagement with creative departments and end users continues to whittle away at that ambiguity. A series of brief but novel collaborations answered two questions for ITS: What role will we play as spaces on campus become more digital? Can we harvest and cultivate IT ideas from across campus? Attendees will gain inspiration for charting their own path in identifying good partners, crafting low-risk engagements, and measuring and telling the story of their success.
