Campuses use websites as a major means of communication, both for individuals within the campus community and for those who are seeking information about the institution. A quick review of websites will, however, point out how inaccessible the information is for a significant portion of the population. People with disabilities (and many without) often have difficulty navigating well-done, attractive sites. This session will demonstrate a strategy for assessing websites and for making changes at the campus-wide level and at the individual and department level.
