Colleges and universities have unique cultures, structures, and governance. The Higher Ed Guide for the Corporate Community program is designed to help those working with higher education institutions understand its distinctive organizational structures, decision-making and strategic planning processes, procurement practices, funding models and approaches, stakeholders and influencers, and more. This online three-week program will have both asynchronous and synchronous components. Led by senior higher education leaders, this program will help participants develop the skills needed to be successful at navigating and working with the higher education community.

About Attending This Program
This intensive, three-week program engages participants in interactive live sessions. It is designed to support opportunities for applied learning and coaching and is supported by faculty and subject matter experts in each of the competency areas below. We ask that participants actively plan the time they will spend on the program each week, even on a daily basis. Each of the competencies below is delivered with diverse learning materials, resources, and activities that support in-depth learning and immediate application.

Live Sessions
Once or twice a week, we will hold live, synchronous online meetings to discuss resources, activities, and competencies. These meetings will be a combination of short talks, discussion, and opportunities for questions. See the full meeting schedule in the Schedule page.
Learners are expected to dedicate approximately three to five hours per week (synchronous and asynchronous) to have an engaged and successful learning experience.
