Overview
Esports programs redefine the concept of what it means to be a student-athlete. Creating a culture of diversity and inclusivity by offering an all-gender holistic program structure opens doors for all students, traditional and nontraditional alike. Establishing a solid foundation that is unique to the institutional mission creates a sense of belonging by engaging neurotypical and neurodivergent students on the digital playing field. This Learning Lab will focus on how to structure your esports program holistically to ensure a culture of inclusion and foster a sense of belonging.
