Overview
Moving forward requires momentum. Successfully moving forward requires leadership. Institutions that successfully tackle the grand challenges of digital transformation will have data-literate leaders at all levels, leading from where they are. In this Learning Lab, learn how to think like a leader, contribute to the leadership of analytics, and affect analytics work in a positive way even when you aren't in a leadership position.
Learning Outcomes:
NOTE: You will be asked to complete assignments in between the Learning Lab segments that support the learning outcomes stated below. You will receive feedback and constructive critique from course facilitators.
- Gain confidence in the ability to influence change
- Assess institutional analytics maturity
- Identify and engage stakeholders who are key to cross-institutional collaboration
- Develop a plan, in the context of your role, to move analytics forward at your institution
