In this course, participants will gain clarity regarding their career strategy for the next five years. The course will also cover techniques and strategies on how to negotiate with confidence, communicate your worth, and use the power of persuasion to negotiate for next-level opportunities. Lastly, participants will achieve improved confidence and communication skills, define their professional brand and individualized career plan, and be positioned to successfully negotiate for future success.

Learning Outcomes:

NOTE: You will be asked to complete assignments in between the Learning Lab segments that support the learning outcomes stated below. You will receive feedback and constructive critique from course facilitators.

  • Identify a plan to advance your career as a woman leader
  • Own and communicate your unique value, while speaking out
  • Use negotiating skills to understand and overcome potential barriers
