Room Availability

A block of rooms has been reserved for May 2–5, 2022. The conference rate has been extended to include three days before and after the conference on a space-available basis. You may book over the extended dates online based on availability.

EDUCAUSE attendees will receive complimentary basic Internet access in their guest rooms, if reservation is booked within the group housing block.

All reservation requests require a credit card guarantee or a one night's deposit. Deposits will be refunded for rooms canceled more than 48 hours prior to arrival.

Cutoff Date

EDUCAUSE has reserved a block of rooms until April 11, 2022, or until sold out, whichever comes first. After this date, reservations at the group rate will be accepted on a space-available basis only. Please note, if the room block fills prior to the cut-off date, EDUCAUSE may not be able to procure more rooms at the group rate.
