Session Type: Breakout Session
Delivery Format: Presentation/Panel
The CCC Security Center is collaborating across California Community Colleges to build a system-wide cybersecurity community that connects people and resources. From threat intelligence-sharing to professional development, the CCC is transforming cybersecurity into a collective responsibility by using a student-involved Security Operations Center that simultaneously fosters skills in the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. In this session, we will explore how this community is being built, all in an effort to foster a culture of awareness that empowers every college to actively participate, through campus partnerships, consulting field experts, and centralizing tools. Attendees will gain insights into the progress already being made, the challenges yet to be overcome, and the roadmap for creating a stronger cybersecurity ecosystem.
