Room Availability

A block of rooms has been reserved for April 27–30, 2026. The conference rate has been extended to include three days before and after the conference on a space-available basis.

All reservation requests require a credit card guarantee or a one night's deposit. Deposits will be refunded for rooms canceled more than 72 hours prior to arrival.

EDUCAUSE has reserved a block of rooms until April 6, 2026, or until sold out, whichever comes first. After this date, reservations at the group rate will be accepted on a space-available basis only. Please note, if the room block fills prior to the cut-off date, EDUCAUSE may not be able to procure more rooms at the group rate.
