In the face of escalating threats and complex privacy mandates, cybersecurity teams are often trapped in a cycle of reactive "firefighting" where urgent tickets derail strategic security initiatives. To break this cycle, organizations must pivot from viewing security as a gatekeeper to treating the security team as a Trusted Enabler. This session demonstrates how to operationalize Security by Default and Privacy by Design by applying Agile frameworks specifically to the cybersecurity team’s unique workload.
